Job Position: Customer Service / Personal Assistant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Receiving Customer calls and attending to their issues.
• Resolve and give feedback on customers’ complaint at least within the hour of complaint.
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
• Gather customer on our services
• Ability to manage irate customers by maintaining a level of professionalism while attending to customers.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Must have a social media posting experience such as Facebook, tiktok,Instagram.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Qualification: BSc, HND.
• 2 years of Experience in Customer Service and call center
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Strong telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS packages.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
