Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• Attends to customers by providing them with service and product information: resolving service problems and facilitates good customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Applicant must possess a minimum of HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business related courses.
• A minimum of 1-year working experience in a related role is also required.
• Good communication skills, Good persuasion skills, Empathy, Good listener, Computer and phone skills, Marketing and persuasion skills.
