Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on cake flavors, designs, and services.
• Handle customer orders efficiently through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with clients.
• Provide product knowledge and guide clients in selecting suitable cake options.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Keep accurate records of orders, feedback, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the cake production team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

Requirements / Experience

•  Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a customer service representative, preferably in the food, confectionery, or hospitality industry.
• Must be conversant with cake flavors, cake production, and related products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client requests.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and basic office tools for client management.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
