Description 

• We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product or service information and recommendations
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
