Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Female Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tatitech.
• The ideal candidate should possess a background in CRM systems and have a growth mindset.
• The candidate should also be willing to work with a startup tech company and have excellent communication and soft skills.
• The candidate should also be willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and provide them with excellent customer service.
• Train to sell, consult on our Product and services
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Tatitech's products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A resident of Abuja.

Payment Model

• Basic salary of 100,000 NGN per month (tax applied).
• 5% Bonus when 75% of monthly target met.
