Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at SPA .
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a positive spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients upon arrival.
• Provide comprehensive information about our spa services, products, and promotions.
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.
• Promote and sell spa products and retail items to clients.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
• Assist with general spa operations, such as maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure that spa facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
• Handle client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage the appointment booking process.
• Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff.
• Strive to exceed client expectations by providing personalized and attentive service.
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall spa experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
