Job Position: Customer Services Officer

Job Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Receipt and registration of all incoming documents
• Safely and securely maintain register/log of all pickups
• Attract potential customers by answering product & service questions
• Suggest information about other products & services
• Direct cleared persons to correct destination, after confirmation with the officer requested.
• Courteously welcome visitor to the company
• Assist with general administration and customer service matters such as calling/following up clients, typing, filling, photocopying,
• Assist in product sales process to ensure clients are getting necessary documentation.

Qualifications / Requirements

• OND / BSc in any discipline from a recognized higher institution with One to Two years of experience.
