Job Position: Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support
• Promote and sell our products
• Track and report on customer service KPI
• Work with other department to improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain CRM record and ensure prompt follow up
• Develop strategies to improve response time and service quality.
