Aiderr provides project support services to the energy industry. Our services cover sourcing & supply, project management, QA/QC inspection and manpower services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Support Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Register prospective Suppliers and Companies to Published status;
• Verify Supplier submitted Questionnaire and provide further assistance by supplier support, if necessary;
• Review and process renewal requests and Product code addition requests of Suppliers.
• Provide help desk to Suppliers on registration matters; and
• Write a report on Suppliers Published.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc or HND with good customer service skills/training
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector.
