Job Position: Deposit Mobilization Manager

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking experienced and results-driven Deposit Mobilization Managers to lead our deposit mobilization efforts.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our deposit base, manage a team of deposit mobilization officers, and meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage and supervise a team of deposit mobilization officers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform deposit mobilization strategies.
• Set and achieve deposit growth targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
• Provide training and coaching to deposit mobilization officers to enhance performance.
• Monitor and control deposit mobilization costs and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field. Certification in Treasury Management (ACTM, CFA, CIBN) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years in treasury management, asset and liability management, or financial planning.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deposit growth targets.
• Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with microfinance banking products and services.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
