Job Position: Design Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Design Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate HVAC, VRF, and plumbing system designs, calculations, and cost inputs, while coordinating with architects, consultants, and vendors to deliver technically compliant and coordinated design solutions.

Responsibilties

• Proven experience in HVAC, VRF, and plumbing system design.
• Ability to independently carry out engineering calculations and prepare design documentation.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with other design software is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with architects, consultants, and equipment vendors.
• Exposure to estimation, BOQ preparation, or tender support is an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to independently carry out engineering calculations and prepare design documentation.
• Proven experience in HVAC, VRF, and plumbing system design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with other design software is an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.

Salary
N450,000 monthly.
