Job Summary

• We are looking for a Digital Marketer who will manage our social media platforms, create engaging brand-aligned content, design marketing materials, and support the promotion of our services, recruitment campaigns, and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• You will manage all social media accounts for the company and any sub brands.
• You will plan and create regular content that reflects our values, services, and growth.
• You will design brochures, welcome packs, service leaflets, and marketing materials using PDF based design tools.
• You will create professional welcome packs for staff, service users, and partners.
• You will ensure all materials follow our brand style and look consistent.
• You will support recruitment campaigns with social media posts and digital flyers.
• You will track basic performance, such as engagement and reach, and adjust content accordingly.
• You will work closely with management to promote new services, inspections, and achievements.

Essential skills and experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience.
• Strong experience managing social media for a business or organisation.
• Very good skills in designing PDFs, brochures, and documents. This is essential.
• Confident using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Canva, InDesign, or similar.
• Ability to turn plain text into attractive and clear visual materials.
• Good writing skills with attention to tone and clarity.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• Experience creating welcome packs or onboarding materials.
• Basic understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Experience supporting recruitment or service promotion.
