We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Billing / Accounts Officer 

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts/Billing Officer to join our hospital’s finance team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing operations for HMO, corporate clients, and walk-in patients, as well as supporting general accounting and record-keeping activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process bills for HMO, corporate, and walk-in patients.
• Reconcile patient and client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections.
• Manage hospital receivables and maintain proper financial records.
• Support accounting functions such as petty cash management, store documentation, and daily account reconciliation.
• Liaise with HMOs and corporate clients to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Assist with monthly and year-end financial reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

• OND / HND in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Billing or Accounts Officer (preferably in a healthcare or HMO environment).
• Strong knowledge of billing, receivables management, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and numerical accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

• Must be dependable, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• A good understanding of hospital billing systems and HMO procedures is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month

2.) Marketing Manager 

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to secure partnerships with corporate organizations and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).
• Drive client acquisition and build long-term business relationships for hospital services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and business leads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage end-to-end business development activities, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Monitor and report on marketing and client acquisition performance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with hospitals or HMOs.
• Strong network and track record of securing corporate and HMO partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results within a short timeframe.
• (6-Month Contract).

 Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.

3.)  Radiographer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including Ultrasound, X-ray, and ECG
• Ensure accurate image acquisition and proper documentation
• Provide professional support and clear communication to patients
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in line with safety standards
• Adhere to radiation protection and patient care protocols
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare staff.

Requirements

• Valid professional license as a Radiographer
• Proven experience in Ultrasound, X-ray, and ECG
• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
