About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for driving online engagement and proven experience in converting leads into paying customers.
• You will play a key role in building brand visibility, generating quality leads, and supporting revenue growth through innovative digital strategies and persuasive sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Create engaging content tailored to target audiences to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers and meet revenue targets.
• Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to inform strategy.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or service-based marketing.
• Content creation or graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing automation and email campaigns.
