Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist / Copywriter
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

•  As a real estate Digital sales executive, you will work closely with the team to Create content strategies that align with brand objectives and drive optimal results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns and materials. Edit and proofread all content to ensure it is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and write monthly social media client for the company.
• Possible need for content for articles, blogs, case studies, and white papers that cater to our niche.
• Translate complex real estate investment and financing concepts into clear, understandable, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across various types of content and platforms.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to support and enhance your writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing and communication
• A compelling copywriting portfolio is required.
• Versatile in the use of computers.
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to write creatively and knowledgeably for different audiences
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and social media management tools will be an advantage
• Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously on tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use insights to drive data-backed decisions
• Proven ability to operate autonomously, be resourceful, and learn quickly in a remote environment.
