We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Eatery Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Second Rainbow - Awuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, taste, and portion consistency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Inspect raw materials and finished meals for quality and freshness.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and preservation practices.
• Monitor kitchen and service area cleanliness.
• Identify quality issues and report them to management.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain standards.
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed daily.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc / HND in Food Science or related field is an advantage
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Previous experience in quality control or food service is an advantage.
