Job Position: Electrical Engineer / Large Format Printing Operator
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Working as a Large Format Machine Operator, you would set-up, adjust, and operate all relevant equipment to produce quality finished products, that meet customer specifications, and completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• We are looking for an experienced printer who can hit the ground running and make this section of the business your own.
• You will have previous printing knowledge and experience, have an eye for detail, and be professional about your work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• HND / OND qualification
• 1 - 2+ years industry Operator experience on Large format print and finishing equipment such a UV Flatbed or Hybrid printers, and camera operated router and knife edge cutting tables
• General familiarity with computer operations in a PC Environment
• General mechanical inclination
• Ability to manage time without supervision
• Pre-production file prep experience helpful. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Understanding of RIP Software and color management, preferred Onyx
• Ability to Multi-task, stop and start tasks and change priority on short notice as needed
• Must be able to compare printed proofs and match color within business standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. pounds of material on a regular basis.
• Standing for prolonged periods.
• Periodic Overtime.
