Job Descriptions

• Incumbent will be primarily responsible for implementation, software configurations, deployment and support of an Electronic Health Record System as part of Information System upgrade.
• This is a technical position and requires that the individual be able to gather interoperability requirements and implement data integration projects among various Management Information Systems.
• Analyze, design and develop new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) application modules.
• Maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR) application and other Clinical information systems (including implementation, migration, maintenance and upgrade management).
• Develop workflows and information management models for meaningful use of EMR.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related area.
• A strong background in health care or Healthcare Information Technology;
• Requires 5 years of application development, at least 3 of which should be in Health Care IT, clinical database or clinical application development, Experience in EMR/EHR implementation and knowledge of healthcare data standard codes
