Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Intern
Job Location: Orile, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings and screening candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
