Job Description

  • Our client is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to the Director — a strategic role that combines high-level executive support, secretariat management, and facility/estate oversight.
  • This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Director, ensuring seamless operations across executive, administrative, and facility functions while managing international travel and immigration processes.
  • The position is located in Benin, with international travel

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Director — managing schedules, correspondence, and executive communications.
  • Oversee secretariat functions, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minutes, and records management.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the Director’s office premises and estate, liaising with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Manage international travel, visas, immigration compliance, and logistics for the Director and key executives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency across all responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Strong background in executive administration — diary management, executive correspondence, and stakeholder liaison.
  • Expertise in facility/estate oversight, vendor management, and health & safety compliance.
  • Proven ability in travel and immigration management, including visas, permits, and international logistics.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful professional with integrity, adaptability, and exceptional organizational skills.
