Overview


  • We are in search of a highly skilled and organized Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO, capable of proffering simple and effective solutions in our dynamic business environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Office packages, strong tech-savviness, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Manage and report on daily business dealings.
  • Direct affairs of staff and business as requested.
  • Run errands as requested.
  • Plan travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate events.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and deliver full reports.
  • Conduct research to drive business forward.
  • Organize and structure the business.
  • Handle accounting and balance sheets, reporting daily with monthly summaries.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Take comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Assist with daily time management.
  • Draft correspondence and manage social media.
  • Source office supplies.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Devise and maintain the office filing system.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND required; additional accounting qualifications are advantageous.

Experience:

  • Intermediate to experienced candidates are welcome, provided they demonstrate the ability to deliver effectively.

Attributes:

  • Open to all genders; smart, organized, discreet, and familiar with organizational structuring.
  • Must be hardworking, a good listener, bold, intelligent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proactive problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accounting skills are an added advantage.

Driving License:

  • Advantageous

Work Conditions

  • Location: Lagos, specifically Alimosho and Ojo. Travel flexibility required.
  • Work Hours: Flexible, aligned with the business schedule.
  • Work is primarily onsite but may involve remote or hybrid work depending on tasks.
  • Salary: Starting from N70,000 - N120,000 monthly with performance bonuses.
