Job Position: Experienced Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage a performance appraisal system for staff that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs of each staff to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 5 - 7 years of work experience.
• Experience as HR personnel in a tech company is compulsory.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
