Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Oversee and manage facility operations, maintenance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (preventive schedules, repairs, renovations)
• Health and safety (regulations, inspections, hazard mitigation)
• Utilities management (optimal usage, cost-effectiveness, sustainability)
• Emergency response planning
• Vendor management
• Budget management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as Facility Manager
• Technical skills (building systems, maintenance, health and safety regulations)
• Soft skills (organization, communication, project management).

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
