Job Position: Factory Staff
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Summary

• The Factory Staff supports daily operations in a food manufacturing plant by operating machinery, ensuring product quality, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery
• Handle raw materials and package finished goods
• Conduct quality checks and report defects
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Document production data and issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Participate in training and follow company policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accurate weighing of raw and finished materials
• Meeting production targets
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Effective packaging and labelling
• Daily participation in GMP-related activities (e.g., HACCP, sanitation)
• This role requires physical stamina, precision, and a strong focus on quality and safety in a team-based environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in production/manufacturing preferred
• Ability to operate machinery and lift heavy items
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (a plus).

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
