Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, stylish, and detail-oriented Fashion Assistant/Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our fashion boutique.
• The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory management, and photoshoot sessions, while ensuring the brand’s aesthetic and voice are consistently upheld. Strong social media knowledge and driving skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and coordinating fashion shoots, lookbooks, and marketing campaigns
• Provide administrative support to the creative and retail teams (scheduling, stock records, etc.)
• Track samples, deliveries, and returns for photoshoots or influencer collaborations
• Help manage inventory, including restocking and tagging items
• Support in customer service and styling (in-store or online)
• Maintain showroom/store organization and cleanliness
• Prepare visuals, mood boards, and trend reports as needed
• Liaise with suppliers, tailors, and logistics teams for timely delivery of orders
• Assist in creating behind-the-scenes and promotional content for social media
• Oversee daily store/brand operations and lead the sales/styling team
• Assist with marketing strategy and execution (email campaigns, social media coordination)
• Plan and supervise photo shoots, influencer collaborations, and fashion events
• Lead content creation for social media platforms and manage brand engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Fashion, Retail, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in a fashion, retail, or styling environment (1–3 years for Assistant; 3–5+ for Manager)
• Strong eye for fashion trends, styling, and visual presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Sales-driven with customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in social media platforms – Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp Business
• Driving skills (with valid driver’s license) is a strong advantage.
