Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market. We are currently hiring an experienced and objective-driven candidates to fill the below positions:

Job Position: Female Human Resources Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Assisting in building employee pipeline
  • Providing clerical and administrative HR support
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
  • Carrying out other tasks as may be required periodically.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Proficient in Excel or Google sheet.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attentive to detail.
