We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Field Sales Supervisor

Job Locations: Lagos Island - Lagos and Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Sales and marketing of the company’s product.
• Identify prospective markets and customers, generating LPOs from customers
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collection of payments from customers.
• Activation of new customers.
• Follow up with new and existing customers.
• Supervising the activities of the FSE.
• Prepare daily report for the Area Sales Manager.
• Support the adequate supervision and execution of all sales and marketing promotions, activations and programs in sales territory
• Participating in sales team meetings

Person Specification

• Must Possess a minimum of OND / NCE qualification.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in FMCG non-food.

Skills / Competencies:

• Must be experienced in sales and marketing of hair extensions.
• Must be knowledgeable about sales.
• Good customer service and sales skills.
• Good verbal and written communicator.
• Ability to manage people.
• A result-oriented person.

Remuneration

• Salary: N60,000 - N90,000 monthly
• Benefits: On-target earnings, Pension, HMO, and other allowances.
