We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance Manager (Accounting & FP&A)
Job Location: Wuse 7, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose

• Lead accounting, reporting, and financial planning—including sales recording, monthly statements, and quarterly forecasts of revenue, costs, profit, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording of sales across all channels (POS, delivery apps).
• Prepare monthly account statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Develop quarterly forecasts with revenue, cost, profit, and cash flow projections.
• Partner with Operations on menu costing and margin analysis.
• Manage AR/AP, bank reconciliations, tax compliance.
• Create dashboards and financial models to support decision-making.

KPIs

• Month-end close within 7 business days
• Forecast accuracy within ±5–10%
• Gross margin and EBITDA vs targets
• Cash conversion cycle improvements

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc. Accounting/Finance; ACA/ACCA is a plus.
• 3-5 years in accounting/FP&A; advanced Excel/financial modeling.
• Experience with POS/accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 per month.
