We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Department: Finance/Accounting
Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct variance and profitability analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
• Coordinate audits and manage statutory reporting
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Supervise and mentor finance team (where applicable).

Requirements

• BSc / HND qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 5 - 7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• ACA or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Technology sector experience is an advantage.
