We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Preparation of timely, accurate and complete management reports, including relevant performance measures, analysis and recommendations 
• Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and provision of relevant monthly reports on progress
• Ensure that proper internal controls are maintained company-wide.
• Make adequate safeguards to manage risk in Finance.
• Ensure the integrity of the company’s accounting software.
• Preparation of other financial reports as may be desirable from time to time.
• Supervision of the Finance Department.
• Management of the company’s budget.
• Cost control and management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all company bank accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3- 5 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager or related roles within the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to details.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
