Job Position: Trainee IT Support Officer

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Enugu, Kano, and Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to application users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through tickets promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to gain proficiency in various web applications and support techniques.

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
