We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Gwagwalada, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise field staff for data collection and service delivery.
• Coordinate daily field operations, ensuring coverage of all targeted premises.
• Generate and dispatch demand notices to all premises.
• Monitor compliance, track progress, and prepare regular reports for the head office.
• Liaise with local authorities, businesses, and community groups to smooth service rollout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics for field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum 3?years’ experience managing field teams, preferably in government or NGO health programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English and local languages (e.g., Hausa).
• Proficient with microsoft office suitesand report writing.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel within Abuja.
