We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Foundation Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Foundation in line with its mission and strategic goals.
• Oversee program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation across all ERF initiatives (awareness campaigns, policy advocacy, capacity building, etc.).
• Strengthen stakeholder engagement, including communities, government agencies, partners, and donors.
• Drive resource mobilization efforts, partnerships, and grant opportunities.
• Ensure effective management of budgets, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate research, innovation activities, and community outreach programs.
• Manage the Foundation’s team, volunteers, and consultants to ensure operational excellence.
• Represent the Foundation at meetings, conferences, and external engagements.
• Provide leadership in planning, communication, performance oversight, and organisational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 7–10 years of experience in senior management within a foundation, NGO, social enterprise, or environmental-focused organisation.
• Strong understanding of environmental sustainability, community development, advocacy, and impact-driven programmes.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets, and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage diverse tasks, and meet urgent timelines.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
