We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Full-Stack Developer

Job Location:  Abuja (FCT) 

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the StayAssist platform (mobile app + backend + admin dashboard).
• Develop key features including booking, payments, user onboarding, listing management, maps, and messaging.
• Implement and manage integrations with external APIs (payments, KYC, geolocation, etc.).
• Set up foundational architecture, dev ops, and CI/CD pipelines for fast and secure deployment.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and responsiveness from day one.
• Collaborate with design and product to continuously improve UX/UI across the platform.
• Provide guidance on tech stack decisions and long-term architecture strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile-first development.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or equivalent.
• Strong backend experience using Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar.
• Experience building and scaling user-facing platforms (ideally in hospitality, mobility, or marketplace sectors).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Firebase, AWS, or GCP).
• Understanding of secure authentication, data protection, and user privacy protocols.
• Strong sense of product ownership, clean code practices, and MVP-first thinking.
• Bonus: Experience with booking systems, multi-vendor platforms, or working with African tech infrastructure.
