Job Position: Fresh Graduate

Job Locations: Asaba, Delta and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking recent graduates to join our team in Lagos and Asaba. We are looking for goal driven and passionate individuals to support the business services department.
• The job requires a high level of customer interaction and employee relations; hence, the ideal candidate should have an impeccable customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, excellent planning and cordinationabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting shoppers in finding goods and products .
• Scan or ring each item selected by customers and receive payments via POS, Cash or ETF (Electronic Transfer)
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
• Rendering premium customer service at all times.
• Ensure pricing is correct on all products before completing transaction.
• Bag items carefully according to the quantity of items purchased.
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new products to customers.
• Promptly report customers feedback and complaints to HOD/FM for resolution.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc with 0-2 years of experience
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess exemption letter
• Customer service-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be between the ages of 18 years to 35 years age as at the time of engagement.

Salary
N40,000 - N80,000 / Month.
