General Manager, Industrial Catering

Hamilton Lloyd and Associates - Our client is a group of companies that specialize in industrial catering and entertainment, as well as engineering services. Due to internal expansion, they are looking to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager, Industrial Catering

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Purpose

• The Job holder will be responsible for planning, administering, managing and driving the Industrial Catering operations and services i.e. the Offshore & Onshore catering business.

Accountabilities (Abridged)

• Ensures revenue budget is achieved
• Ensures strict adherence to budgeted Man-day Cost
• Ensures that health and safety regulations are strictly observed

Criteria

• Minimum of a B.Sc or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
• Candidates must be a seasoned professional with 10-15 years’ experience and must have worked in a similar business
• Good business and commercial acumen
• Financial, budgeting and control skills
• Good knowledge of food hygiene
