We are an anauthorized distributor of the Sinotruk brand of Trucks in Nigeria and the sole distributor of CRNG and XGMA Construction Equipment. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager

Job Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, result-oriented Leadership and Management in alignment with the company’s objectives and overall strategic vision.
• Work closely with the Management team and Staff to expand the market share of all products under the Group.
• Work closely with the Management and Staff to drive up the company's results from both an operational and financial perspective.
• Work with the management team to optimize results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow with effective reporting and controls.
• Establish appropriate performance metrics for the optimization of internal and external processes.
• Effectively work together with the Board and Management on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of Richbon Group.
• Give periodic, accurate and timely progress reports on the activities of the company and the implementation of the company’s corporate vision.
• Create a safe, healthy and positive work environment where productivity is optimized while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Build necessary alliances with strategic partners, clients, vendors, government regulatory bodies and all other professional business relationships that will positively impact the company.
• Inspire members of staff towards maximum productivity and professionalism by setting realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
• Present monthly report of the company’s progress and performance of various departments to the Board while putting strategies in place to optimize performance and profitability.
