We are an established Real Estate Management Company with an established presence in Lagos. Our facilities are among the most varied and unique including over 150 High rise flats, various warehouses, and commercial buildings.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager / Managing Director

Job Location: Lagos

Description

• We are looking for someone capable enough to lead the total organization restructure based in Lagos, Nigeria. The company has a vision to be an industry leader and requires significant restructure.
• You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including (but not limited to) strategic planning and daily management to achieve growth and expansion in all branches.

Requirements

• MSc/MA in Business Management/Business Administration/Property Management or other relevant fields (Attach a copy of qualifications)
• A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field or 6 years of experience as a General Manager/Managing Director is required.
• Experience in rebranding/modernisation of a company
• Understanding of the Nigerian Real estate market, Hospitality industry trends
• The ability to restructure, manage and organise operational procedures
• Problem-solving aptitude and good communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Working knowledge of human resources processes
