We are a Real Estate Management Company, a subsidiary of a Manufacturing Conglomerate with established presence in the heart of Lagos. Our facilities are among the most varied and unique, including high rise flats, various warehouses and commercial buildings.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager / Managing Director

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for someone capable to lead the total organizational restructure of our company.
• Our ideal candidate must be a Leader with 10 to 15 years of Practical Business Leadership Experience in the capacity of a General Manager or Managing Director, in the Real Estate Sector, with Evidence of Success.
• You will be responsible for the day to day management of the business and strategically planning to ensure profitability and efficient processes.

General Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Management/ Business Administration / Property Management.
• Additional qualifications will be added advantage.
• The ability to Restructure, Manage and Organize Operational Procedures.
• Problem-solving aptitude and good communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
• Working Knowledge of Human Resources Processes
• Professional Qualification in related field will be a plus.
• Practical Knowledge of Real Estate and the Hospitality trends in Nigeria.
• Experience in Re-branding / Modernization of a company.
• Candidate must not be less than 45 years of age.
