Job Description


  • Our Client is interested in Hiring a General Manger who will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and leading teams towards achieving our growth objectives.
  • This role demands a visionary individual capable of overseeing and enhancing sales efforts across various platforms to ensure market expansion and sustained business growth.
  • Working closely with the Corporate Marketers to meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the department.

Responsibilities
The Ideal candidate will perform the following roles:

  • Formulate overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies.Ensure the team meets the strategic goals for their division by setting operational initiatives to meet set targets.
  • Directly market various classes of insurance products to corporate and individual customers.
  • Prepare accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee indirect marketing efforts through brokers, agents, and consultants to expand the company's reach and customer base.
  • Utilize teamwork, management, research, leadership, brand management, sales skills to achieve marketing, relationship management, and sales goals, focusing on generating income and increasing our market share in the insurance industry.
  • Identify prospective clients and explore new markets to uncover business opportunities, with a focus on the financial institutions sector.

Key Requirements

  • Good First Degree from a reputable higher Institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of Leading, managing Sales or Commercial team
  • CIIN (Added Advantage)
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market
  • Candidates who currently play senior role at either AGM or DGM level
  • Previous Sales, Marketing and Customer Service experience.

Remuneration

  • Fixed Annual Gross Income: N30,000,000
  • Total compensation cost (with all benefit, variable pay and profit) is N50million.
