Job Position: Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain customer records by updating all relevant information in the database
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
