Job Position: Graphic Designer
Job Location: Lagos

Description 

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing materials including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and banners.
• Create high-quality visual content for property listings, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative assets that enhance promotional campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects to align with Prominence Estate’s vision.
• Edit and enhance property photos for visually appealing presentations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative design tools to continuously bring fresh ideas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in designing real estate marketing materials is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
