We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Graphics Designer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ability to create visually appealing reports, brochures, and digital assets (e.g., social media graphics, website banners) that align with the startup’s brand and reflect Nigeria’s energy sector.
• Skilled in editing promotional, explainer, or training videos, including post-production tasks like cutting, color grading, audio syncing, and adding motion graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Ensures all designs and videos adhere to the startup’s visual identity, maintaining consistent logos, color schemes, and messaging across print, digital, and video content.
• Incorporates Nigerian cultural elements and energy sector-specific imagery (e.g., solar panels, rural electrification) to create relatable and impactful content.
• Proficient in industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and video editing software, with the ability to optimize assets for various platforms and Nigeria’s varying internet connectivity.
• Works effectively with marketing, communications, and technical teams, incorporating feedback and delivering high-quality work under tight startup deadlines.
• Translates complex energy sector data into clear infographics, charts, and compelling video narratives to engage clients, investors, and the public, emphasizing sustainability and innovation.

Requirements

• Candidates should have at least a HND and work experience in the same role.
