SpringRock Group is a privately held energy company with main focus in Oil and Gas and Power sectors of the energy domain. We straddle both aisles of the Oil and Gas industry as E&P Operator and Oilfield Service provider.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Group Human Resources Manager (Female)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• The Group Human Resources Manager will lead and manage HR services, policies, and programs across all companies within the Group.
• The role focuses on driving employee development, engagement, compliance, and compensation and benefits strategies while ensuring organizational effectiveness aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group-wide HR policies and standards
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and succession planning
• Drive performance management, appraisals, promotions, and recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian and international labor laws and regulations
• Provide HR leadership, guidance, and coaching to senior and line managers
• Strengthen employee engagement through effective internal communication and team-building
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and HR institutions
• Oversee HR budgeting, forecasting, and key compensation performance indicators
• Lead HR data protection, privacy, and compliance initiatives
• Support crisis management and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years of post-NYSC experience, with at least 8 years in HR management
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian and international labor laws
• Proven experience in policy development and organizational development
• Oil & Gas upstream experience is an added advantage.
