Job Position: Head, Legal Services & Company Secretary
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibility

• The incumbent will be tasked with ensuring effective and efficient management of the Legal Department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
• He/she will also be responsible for managing the MIS process from legal perspective and coordinate all legal activities in concert with the local laws and other statutory body’s requirements.
• As the Head Legal Services, the incumbent will be responsible at Group level for all legal related activities and represent the group in all legal matters at state and national levels.

Requirements

• Must have LLM, LLB, ICSAN & ACIS
• Manufacturing Experience is a must
• 15 years’ Experience, of which Last 5 years with a manufacturing company, heading legal team for 2 years, managed secretarial duties for 5 years.
