We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Marketing

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• Develop effective, creative, and profitable integrated marketing strategies.
• Build and deliver marketing campaigns mixing digital and traditional media, ensuring key messages are consistently delivered.
• Participate at various conventions, trade shows, conferences to network with customers and amplify B2B business
• Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
• Analyze data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
• Develop and manage all integrated marketing advertising campaigns.
• Develop branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the department.
• Oversee hiring and training for the marketing department.
• Make sure that administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports promptly.

Requirements

• First Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline 
• Minimum, 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing
• Experience managing projects
• Master of Business Administration or its equivalent
• Organization & problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer focus
• Good team player
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial space
