We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Operation
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure efficiency across departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and achieve company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector.
• Manage, mentor, and develop operational staff to maximize performance.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners to maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a related managerial position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
