• Our client is in need of an experienced head of science staff. The Head of Science will play a pivotal role in the academic leadership of our school, ensuring the effective delivery of the science curriculum and promoting excellence in science education.
• They will be responsible for overseeing the science department, managing resources, and driving innovation in teaching and learning. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in science education, leadership skills, and a passion for inspiring students.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire the science department faculty.
• Develop and implement the science curriculum in line with educational standards.
• Collaborate with other department heads and school leadership to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Organize and oversee science-related extracurricular activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of science teachers, providing support and feedback.
