Job Summary

The role will primarily be responsible to drive  the TDFS touch points & Ops  to ensure bankers sites are fully aligned with brands in partnership with company, optimization of NBS kiosk sites, agent activation & branding, funding & transactional activities as well as drive Channel usage: Web, APP download, USSD Cards etc

Job Description

• Drives the TDFS touch points & Ops: 
• Agent activation & branding, funding & transactional activities
• Optimization of NBS kiosk sites
• Ensure bankers sites are fully aligned with brands in partnership with Company
• Drive Channel usage: Web, APP download, USSD Cards etc
• Organize training workshop & meetings for all key stakeholders where necessary
• Ensure daily site optimization, monitoring & performance
• Drive Customer acquisition, BVN registration, Deposits & Savings
• Support RAAO to deliver  digital Financial Services in a State
• Ensure daily account funding for transactions & Dispute resolution
• Overall management of activities by Field Officers in state

Job Requirement.

Minimum 3 years working in Financial institutions (Retail Sales) Commercial Banks, Mobile Money Operators, Microfinace Banks, FMCGs
