Pecroyal Educonsult was established in April, 2016 to work with school owners to ensure that their schools are run in line with International Best Practices thereby meeting up with Internal Standards. We help manage school’s finances, ensure increased cash in-flow and reduce operational cost. In addition to these, we help build a committed and dedicated work force that will work as a team to achieve the school’s vision.

Job Position: Head Teacher

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We seek to employ an experienced and professional Head Teacher who is capable of upholding the standard of excellence in our school with minimal supervision.

Job Expectation
The Head Teacher will:

• Create an academic programme for students that meets national and international standards.
• Work closely and communicate with parents, teachers and director.
• Help assess students’ needs and development.
• Select, train, support and assess staff.
• Provide guidance to staff to help resolve issues with students.
• Use data to track student performance and produce reports.
• Work with external advisors and school governors.
• Ensure the safety of all children in the school.

Qualification

• B.Ed./P.G.D.E/M.Ed.
